Customers outside of the UK, MUST e-mail for additional postage rates before ordering. Please note that we cannot ship bonsai to the U.S.

From July 2007: There is now no additional postage charge for customers in the US and European destinations outside the UK who buy 5 bonsai pots or more.

For non-UK residents, we now have a Currency Converter (opens in new window) to convert our prices from GBP (£) to your currency.

At Erinbonsai we despatch items on Tuesdays and Fridays of every week.
Items ordered before or during Monday morning will be despatched the following day (Tuesday).
Items ordered before and during Thursday morning will be despatched the next day (Friday)

Items paid for by cheque will be despatched after 5 working days to allow time for the cheque to clear.

Online debit and credit card payments can be made via Paypal. Registration to Paypal or a Paypal account is not necessary to use this facility.

Customers paying by Cash, Cheque or Postal Order must use the Shopping Cart to secure the tree they wish to buy.
