On October 23th 2016, I had the pleasure of visiting the 7th Heathrow Bonsai Show in Harlington, Middlesex, England.

The Show is put together by the husband and wife team of Ming and Mark (aka Heathrow Bonsai), and has gained such momentum that the 7th Show attracted 34 clubs from around the UK. One of the reasons that this Show has become so popular is that it gives the opportunity for bonsai enthusaists of all levels and abilities to display their trees. There were many enthusiasts who were showing trees for the first time and they were able to see their work displayed to the public alongside more accomplished enthusiasts. As can be seen over the following pages, it can sometimes mean that the display tables are very full and very 'busy' compared to more traditional displays, but the interest and excitement that is generated by so many people showing their work in one place is what makes this Show so popular.

It is almost impossible to consistently caption these images with club name, owner and precise tree species of each bonsai. However I have indicated the genus and common name where possible.

This gallery contains a small selection of my personal favourite images from the day, in no particular order.
